Before you place your order for a custom badge reel, you must have already contacted us and worked out the specifics to place your order. Here is what you need to do:

Please contact us and let us know you are interested in getting a custom badge reel made.

Once we are in contact, we will get specifics on your custom including design, color options, and fonts. We will create your design and communicate to you each rough draft until its absolutely perfect for you.

Once we have the perfect design for you, we will give you the go ahead to make your purchase. Please note that your actual order timeline will not start until the order is placed for your badge reel.

Measuring approximately 2 inches at their widest point, these reels are perfect for anyone wanting to add a pop of fun to their work uniform.

Our badge reels are made with beautiful glitter backgrounds, high quality permanent images, and sealed with an ultra hard UV resin, ensuring a long-lasting and vibrant design. We also add Velcro to the back of the design and the badge reel that way if you have multiples, you are able to switch them out with other bead designs if you like! Depending on the type of clip you will need, you can easily attach your badge reel to your uniform and showcase your unique style. The beads on your badge reel will differ from the beads in the picture of the badge reel you choose leaving each different badge reel one of a kind and unique. 

Please keep in mind that while our badge reels are durable, they are made of acrylic material and can break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Therefore, it's best to avoid dropping from heights, prolonged exposure to heat, water or sunlight.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Once we ship it off, we no longer have control of how long the shipping service may take to deliver. We provide tracking numbers on every order so you are able to keep track of your order once it leaves our facilities.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
